Career Planning

Students will be required to update their Individual Pathways Plan (IPP) twice each year.
Timetable Changes
Students should keep the courses picked in February because the school's timetable is based on these original choices. The priority for changes will be:
Dropping Courses
Students are allowed to take a spare after they have earned 24 credits.
To drop a course, a student must discuss it with their Guidance Counsellor. A blue DROP FORM must be signed by the student, Guidance Counsellor, subject teacher and parent (if the student is under 18 years of age) if the course is being dropped after the two week add/drop period for each semester. The DROP FORM is then taken to Administration for approval.
Students can request a Guidance appointment by filling out the Google Form on the Guidance Ipad. They will be called out of class the earliest possible date. A Counsellor is usually in the Guidance Office, before school, during breaks, at lunch, and after school as well.
